Speakers

• Marius Dubnikovas, Economist and CIO of Orion Securities.

Marius Dubnikovas is the Vice President of Lithuanian Business Confederation that represents 4000 companies that produce 25 percent of Lithuania's GDP. He also works as CIO at Orion Securities and has 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Marius has worked as associate professor in Vilnius University for the last 15 years.

• Orijana Mašalė, Former Vice Minister of National Defence of Lithuania

Orijana Mašalė has 20 years of management experience. She has worked as Vice Minister of National Defence and has served as a Board Member of 13 private-sector, state and municipal companies, as well as non-governmental organizations. Orijana’s areas of expertise include governance, management, and risk and crisis management.

• Domas Jakutis, CEO of Lonas and COO of LONAS Group

Domas Jakutis is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LONAS Group and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UAB Lonas. He is responsible for the cohesive operations of the group’s companies and the development of the LONAS brand across the Baltic States. LONAS Group brings together seven companies operating in the design, manufacturing, retail, and logistics of beds, mattresses, bedding, and other sleep products.

• Viktorija Trimbel, Managing Director at the sovereign VC fund Coinvest Capital

Viktorija has 30+ years of experience in strategic management and finance. Currently, she manages Coinvest Capital, an evergreen sovereign VC fund with EUR 44.3 million committed capital. Passionate about the power of flux networks, collective intelligence, and the future ahead, Viktorija plays an active role in building a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem.

• Leda Iržikevičienė, Country Manager at OP Corporate Bank Lithuania

Leda Iržikevičienė is the Country Manager at OP Corporate Bank Lithuania with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Alongside her executive role, she is an Independent Board Member at Telia Lietuva and a Board Member at Lydere Association. She focuses on strategic leadership, business expansion, and long-term value creation.

• Timo Lappi, CEO of Fondia

Timo Lappi is a growth entrepreneur and business-oriented lawyer who began his career as an attorney. He has been a key entrepreneurial force behind building Fondia Plc, which has grown into the first publicly listed international law firm in the Nordics. He currently serves as Fondia’s CEO. In addition, Lappi is the founder of Heltti Oy, a company providing occupational health and therapy services, and he serves as the Chair of the Board at Witted Megacorp Plc, Hellon Oy, and Nordic Business Group Oy.

• Moderator of the panel discussion: Jone Sestakauskaite, Sustainability Manager for the Baltics at Neste

Jone Sestakauskaite has an international professional background from working at different Nordic organizations, both private and public, in Sweden and in the Baltics. She especially focused on Nordic-Baltic trade relations during her role as Policy Officer at the Swedish Embassy in Lithuania and later as Managing Director of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania. Currently, Jone works as Sustainability Manager in Baltics at Neste. Jone remains active as a Member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and has over 18 years of experience living in Sweden.
