Lukas Vitauskas

Before joining Fondia, I built extensive experience in well‑known Lithuanian law firms. Alongside my legal practice, I also lectured on the basics of business law at Vilniaus Kolegija (VIKO), which helps me stay closely connected to how businesses think, grow, and face challenges in real life. At Fondia, I enjoy working side by side with our clients, helping them navigate change, manage risk, resolve any type of issues, and build sustainable, well‑structured businesses.

I represent companies in any type of business disputes, support in mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, and corporate law, always aiming to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical solutions that support our clients’ everyday decision‑making.

Outside of work, I value spending time with my family and enjoy hands‑on activities such as woodworking, playing musical instruments, and staying active through sports.
