As Senior Legal Counsel at Fondia, I focus on delivering strategic legal advice that creates tangible business value. My expertise lies in data protection (GDPR), AI and technology-related issues, helping companies navigate these rapidly changing areas with a practical and business-oriented approach. I also take on board secretary duties to support the company's growth and legal strategy based on the company's specific needs.
I have a particular eye for Scale-Ups and technology companies and providing them with legal support that facilitates their growth in a changing environment. My goal is to help clients stay ahead of the curve, avoid potential risks and prosper through strategic and practical legal advice.
Before joining Fondia, I served as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at a SaaS scale-up, where I was responsible for legal and organizational issues, including funding rounds, data protection and legal operations. This role involved working closely with finance, marketing, technology and sales teams, giving me a holistic view of the business landscape. I also have experience from a law firm, district court and consultancy.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with family and friends, do strength training and take on renovation projects at home.
