Gabriella da Silva Rondahl

I am a Senior Legal Counsel at Fondia with 10+ years of experience in IT law and digital regulation. I advise businesses on commercial IT agreements, data protection and EU data-economy legislation.

My work focuses on legal issues around data, technology, digital products and services. This includes AI use, data sharing, SaaS and platform agreements and regulatory compliance. I often support tech-driven organisations where legal, technical and commercial questions overlap.

I work hands-on and pragmatically. I help organisations prioritise risks and turn legal requirements into clear documentation and workable routines.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time with my Yorkshire Terrier, Louie, who makes sure I occasionally step away from screens and regulations.
