Amir assists Fondia's clients with commercial contracts and privacy issues.
I mainly work on issues related to commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions or personal data. I am happy to help all the way from analysing the situation and discussing strategies to drafting documents and conducting negotiations. In particular, I have experience working with companies active in the IT and construction industries.
Outside work, I enjoy following soccer, reading books and watching movies. Often something related to society, philosophy or history.
