How are we different?
Fondia was founded with the aim to make it possible to provide legal advice in a better and smarter way. Today, as the only Nordic legal adviser, we are a listed company and have received several awards for our innovative methods of offering legal services.
Fondia on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market
Fondia was listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in the spring of 2017. The company's IPO was oversubscribed multiple times and trading in shares began on April 4, 2017. Fondia became the first Nordic company in the field of business law whose shares are publicly traded.
Through the listing, we were able to take an important step in realizing our growth strategy, continue to have a strong customer focus and achieve the goal of becoming the most attractive employer in the industry. The listing also provides increased transparency and credibility towards our customers and the market.
Awards and international awards
2023, 2022 and 2021 Fondia acquired a Future Workplaces sertificate. The certificate is presented to organizations, which succeed exceptionally good in implementing employee understanding into the core of managing the company culture
2020 Business Finland finances a three-year project to develop the services of the future law business
2018 Fondia's Legal Department as a Service (LDaaS) and MyFondia came in third place in FT (Financial Times) Innovative Lawyers Awards
2017 Fondia Plc won the Finnish National Entrepreneur Award
2016 Fondia came in second place in the Managing Partners' Forum Awards 2016 as a European pioneering company
2015 Fondia came in second place in the Financial Times' FT Innovative Lawyers Awards - nominated as the "Top Game Changers of the past 10 years"
2013 Fondia won the Financial Times FT Innovative Lawyers Award for our strategy
