Tiia Liukkonen

I work as a Legal Counsel focusing primarily on corporate law and M&A. I advise companies of all sizes on diverse corporate law and governance matters, such as decision-making of the board of directors and general meeting, share issues and share-based incentive schemes. I also advise on financing rounds and various cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions.

I have very practical experience in corporate governance, as I serve as board secretary for our client companies. I also regularly act as secretary at general meetings and prepare the legal groundwork for general meetings of both private and listed companies.
