Teea Lyytikäinen
I have been part of Fondia since 2023, and in January 2026 I stepped into the role of Chief People & Culture Officer. In this position, I lead our group’s people and culture strategy as well as organizational development. My goal is to work closely with others to strengthen Fondia’s already outstanding community so that top expertise and a caring culture go hand in hand. I support Fondia’s growth by enhancing employee experience, engagement, and continuous learning—both at a strategic level and within the operational People & Culture function in Finland.
Before joining Fondia, I worked in the public sector in various business service roles and most recently in strategic development and internal service leadership. This experience has given me a strong understanding of human-centered and impactful development. I believe that a strong culture and people’s growth are the keys to sustainable success.
