Teea Lyytikäinen

I started working as HR Manager at Fondia in January 2023, where I was responsible for the development and operational implementation of Fondia's employer image, recruitment and induction processes. Since the beginning of 2025, I have also been responsible for the operational People & Culture function in Finland.

I came to Fondia from the public sector, where I worked for a long time in various business services roles. For the last few years, I was responsible for strategy work for my then employer and management of the organisation's internal services. Working with people and developing organisational culture is close to my heart, which is why it is great to work in a people-oriented organisation like Fondia.

In addition to my employer, my family, especially my primary school-age children, takes care of my work-life balance. I'm passionate about good food, and I love the rhythm of the Latino music - listening to music and dancing is the best way to put a smile on my face.
