Teea Lyytikäinen

I started as HR Manager at Fondia in January 2023. In particular, my responsibilities include the development and operational implementation of Fondia's employer image and recruitment and induction processes.

I came to Fondia from the public sector, where I worked for a long time in various business services roles. For the last few years, I was responsible for strategy work for my then employer, as well as managing the organisation’s internal services. Working with people and developing organisational culture is close to my heart, which is why it's great to work in a people-oriented organisation like Fondia.

In addition to my employer, my family, especially my primary school-age children, take care of my work-life balance. I'm passionate about good food and Latin music – listening to music and dancing is the best way to put a smile on my face.
