Tea Telamo

I started at Fondia in March 2022 and work mainly on various M&A transactions. Previously, I worked for several years at Atea, where I was responsible for acquisitions, strategic projects, legal affairs and HR. Previously, I have also worked as General Counsel at Sanoma and in mergers and acquisitions at HPP law firm.

In addition to M&A, my main areas of expertise are various business contracts and employment law.

In my spare time, I am a passionate endurance sports and hiking enthusiast, and I also enjoy travelling and fine wines - and, ideally, combining the four!
