Susanne Mattsson

I specialize in corporate and contract law, and mergers and acquisitions. I also take care of our customers’ general legal issues. I joined Fondia in 2010. I wanted to work with the new way of providing legal services and contribute to its development. Prior to Fondia, I worked as an in-house lawyer at Nokia and as an attorney at Roschier. I was trained on the bench in 1994 and completed my law degree with an LL.M. from King's College, London and an eMBA from Aalto University.

I spend my free time in the woods with our dogs or tasting new concoctions in the kitchen.
