I joined Fondia in February 2022, mainly working on a variety of employment, transactional and corporate law assignments. I am particularly interested in work-life changes, various corporate restructuring, and leadership issues, where I aim to provide our clients with a comprehensive, business and people-oriented, and solution-focused service. Through my previous work experience, I am familiar with both the legal complexities and the HR field. I value variety and meeting people in my working life, which is why I also particularly enjoy training and workshop projects. In the past, I have worked as in-house counsel and general counsel for various companies, as well as HR manager and business manager, where I have been able to develop my business-oriented skills extensively. For half of my career, I have also worked in external advisory roles - as a lawyer, consultant, legal, and HR advisor - which in turn has given me a broad range of skills from different industries, different business cultures, and different organizations. I have also worked as a member of various management teams, which has allowed me to develop my skills in areas such as performance accountability, strategy, and leadership.
In my free time, I'm most likely to be found either at a cottage, in the woods, or on a nature trail doing some kind of outdoor activity. In addition to outdoor activities, I relax with travel, crafts, good books, good food, family, and friends.
