Sirpa Isotupa

I joined Fondia in April 2021 after 17 years as legal counsel in IBM. In Fondia I work mainly on technology and services agreements. I started my legal career at Insinööriliitto counseling engineers in employment matters, after which I was trained at the bench in Lappeenranta district court and worked as an attorney in a business law firm for ten years, specializing in contract law, employment matters, and dispute resolution. At IBM I have supported all possible business areas and support functions including e.g. M&A, HR, public procurement, data privacy and security, and the business of IBM Global Finances Finland Oy.

During my free time, I experiment with growing vegetables and fruit in my small garden and with cooking for family and friends out of what I’ve grown. I like to exercise by skiing, horseback riding, and walking or trail running with my wheaten terrier.
