Silja Järvinen

I joined Fondia’s IPR- and technology team as a lawyer in August 2018. I work especially on the utilization and protection of intellectual property rights. In the last few years, I have acquired experience in data protection issues and advised companies on the documents required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation of the EU. I have also trained the personnel of companies on data protection issues. I have complemented my Master of Law degree with a master’s degree focusing on IPR matters from Svenska Handelshögskolan.

I enjoy legal issues related to fashion and participate in the Finnish Fashion Law Association’s events. I exercise daily, so you might spot me jogging or dancing.
