Satu Relander

I am an experienced legal advisor and team leader at Fonda. My long experience as an external advisor as well as in-house counsel gives me a perspective on how to provide clients with expert yet practical legal advice or operating model to different situations. I think it is important to consider the sustainable and responsible aspect of solutions, and this is also increasingly regulated by law. The development of Fondia's own responsibility is also part of my tasks.

My areas of expertise include business contracts, competition law, compliance, and energy projects. I have a particularly broad and diverse experience in the energy sector.

I have worked at Fondia since 2009, before that in the legal department of a large energy company and at a leading business law firm.

I have further educational experience in the form of LLM and MBA degrees in London.

In my free time, it is important to spend time outdoors and I particularly enjoy spending time with my family. Reading or listening to a novel is also part of a good day.
