Sara van Helleputte

My main areas of expertise are corporate law and labour law. I help national and international companies with their daily operations, with everything from establishing to closing down companies, which often includes restructuring, such as mergers (both national and international), M&A projects and/or staff-related assignments, but also project management.

I have broad knowledge of business law with over seven years’ experience at some of the largest law firms and auditing companies, including as a corporate lawyer at a financial company before I started at Fondia in early 2018. I have a law degree from Lund University, where I also studied psychology.

My evenings and weekends are spent with family and friends (preferably combined with good food and wine). I dream of improving my tennis game and being able to start planning my next exciting trip.
