Sara van Helleputte
I am People & Culture Manager at Fondia Sweden, while also working as Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on employment law. In my role, I combine my passion for people and culture with my legal expertise – giving me a unique opportunity to contribute both strategically and operationally.
As a lawyer, I am passionate about providing solution-oriented and proactive advice. I help our clients navigate complex employment law matters – from company establishments and restructurings to negotiations, contracts, workplace policies, and challenging HR issues. Quick responses and a pragmatic approach are qualities I know are highly valued.
I have more than 12 years of experience in business law, both at leading law and audit firms as well as in-house as corporate counsel. I bring this experience into my work in developing both people and organizations. I hold a law degree from Lund University and have always had a strong interest in leadership.
As part of Fondia Sweden’s management team, I am responsible for strategic initiatives and processes related to people and culture. I am driven by creating a workplace where people thrive, grow, and perform – and where the law serves as a support, not an obstacle.
