Riikka-Maria Vilppula

I started as a HR Specialist in February 2024, focusing on professional development, compensation and rewarding, and engagement. I have previously worked in business development, sales, and marketing in different companies and industries. Prior to joining Fondia, I acted as a business manager and team lead in a learning company. I find my versatile business background as an asset in role; I can understand business’ needs and deliver great service.

I have followed Fondia’s journey closely as it continues to break new ground, the company and its values inspire me greatly. I look forward to developing and adding value to Fondia’s people and culture processes and thereby do work that matter, make an impact, and gain learning.
