Pia Ahonen

I am an experienced employment lawyer, working on a wide range of employment law and employment issues. I have been involved in the drafting of labour legislation and collective bargaining, drafting guidelines, conducting training courses, and being responsible for interpretations, guidelines and local negotiations in the field of labour law. In addition to labour law assignments, I assist our clients with data protection issues. I have been with Fondia since 2022, before which I worked in various expert and managerial positions in both the organisational and corporate world. I became familiar with data protection legislation while working as the organisation's Data Protection Officer.

In my spare time, I mostly do sports, outdoor activities and reading. I also enjoy cultural and other events with family and friends.
