It is not what role you have, but which employees you have around you, that makes the biggest difference. When I met a couple of Fondia employees, I immediately realised that it was also where I wanted to be.

I have experience in the IT industry at companies such as Cap Gemini and Evry, where I worked in various leadership roles, but also at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, where I was the IT and HR manager. Despite this somewhat varied background, I have always been focused on people and creating the best conditions for employees to be their best selves. In my free time, I love to be with family and friends. Dogs are my passion, and my Portuguese water dog takes up most of my time, since we train and compete together.
