I work as a Senior Legal Counsel and Account Manager for Fondia´s customers. I am a holistic employment law professional with over 15 years of experience in advising domestic and international organizations’ management and supervisors in all kinds of challenging HR legal matters and employment law related issues, as well as supporting organizations in questions related to data protection in working life. I have acted as the account manager (customer lead) and the outsourced principal employment legal counsel for a wide range of organizations from small businesses to publicly listed companies from multiple industry areas. I have broad experience in multiple collective agreements.
Apart from advising customers I am an acclaimed lecturer, sparring partner and producer of legal content, as well as a resolver of disagreements and inappropriate treatment issues.
My work with customers is guided by values of sustainable, responsible and inclusive HR, employer and business practices. Continuous development and transformation of working life, new ways of working, change capability as well as opportunities provided by AI and legal design are at the core of my advisory work.
