Pauliina Pottonen

I became a member of the Fondia family in early September 2022. My main focus is to help out our customers in all sorts of employment related issues. I have special interest in responsible HR and making it best support business in a sustainable and solid manner.

I have gained over 10 years’ experience in giving business-oriented legal advice for management and supervision, drafting documents, negotiating in disputes, and giving training and lectures. Prior to joining Fondia I have worked in an employers’ association as well as City of Helsinki, handling mainly employment law related matters, but some privacy related matters on the side as well. Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, at horse stables or at choir practice or gigs.
