Nina Pohjola

I have always been interested in real estate and construction and the legal issues related to them. At Fondia, I work on a variety of real estate and construction law assignments for our clients. Before joining Fondia in September 2022, I worked as a lawyer in Skanska for more than 11 years. During that time I was involved as a lawyer in various projects ranging from land acquisition, property development and construction until the end of the constructor's responsibilities. I have also previously worked in the rental business and as an advocate-entrepreneur in my own law firm. I have completed a court traineeship and passed the Finnish Bar Examination of the Finnish Bar Association.

I spend my free time with family and friends, as well as exercising and sailing.
