Niina Gräfin Pilati

Niina has vast experience in advising both industrial and private equity firms on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions. Niina also regularly advises in Germany related on private equity and venture capital investments as well general corporate and contract law matters.

In addition to her long international experience in M&A, Niina is also known for her effectiveness and hands-on customer-friendly attitude.
