At Fondia, I specialize in transactions and private equity and advise on corporate and contractual matters. Due to my experience in Germany and the fact that German is my second language, I am also in charge of Fondia’s German Desk.

I joined Fondia in 2007 from the Transactions and Finance team at Roschier Holmberg Attorneys Oy, which included a secondment to Metsäliitto. I started my M&A career in the M&A/Private Equity Department of Clifford Chance LLP in Frankfurt. Prior to that, I was a trainee at the European Union where I specialized in Competition Law
