Minna Peltonen

I have a long and extensive international experience in business law and I am a certified board member. What attracted me to the Fondia was its approach, which combines the best of an in-house lawyer and an external expert. I have been with Fondia since 2007. Prior to Fondia, I worked as in-house counsel at Nokia, supporting global component sourcing and customer and market operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa region. I am trained on the bench at the Heinola District Court in 1998 and have also run my own law firm.

At Fondia I mainly focus on contract and general business law and risk management. I act as lead counsel for several clients. I specialize in areas such as international trade, product liability and marketing and consumer protection, including e-commerce. I am also responsible for our Marketing and Consumer Protection Competence Team, which is tasked with maintaining legal excellence and developing tools for client work. I value good customer service, so Fondia's slogan "We law your business" is a perfect fit.

I live with my family and pets in the quiet countryside of Perniö, Salo. Jogging in nature, cooking, gardening and reading are hobbies I love, and in the summer I enjoy boating in the beautiful Finnish archipelago.
