Minna Laurila

I joined Fondia in 2011. I advise clients on employment matters, organize training for leadership and managers, write blog posts, and act as workplace mediator. My strengths are effectiveness, a solution-oriented approach and I’m quick at understanding the big picture. Before joining Fondia I worked at Shell among others as General Counsel, board member and HR-manager.

My free time is spent with my children and husband. I enjoy sailing, skiing and running. I value fairness and happiness, and try to live by and make choices in accordance with them.
