Milja von Fersen

At Fondia, I combine my legal and business skills as well as my professional experience both as an in-house and outside counsel for the benefit of our clients. The business environment is increasingly complex and I can bring to our clients my experience in a wide array of legal matters, my risk management skills, and a business-oriented mindset.

The focus of my work is on various business agreements, construction law, IT law, product liability, and give general legal advice. In particular, I specialize in construction and other project delivery-related agreements and assist in preventing and resolving disputes, for instance by facilitating amicable resolutions and by negotiating settlements. I have extensive experience in international construction law and have advised in several project executions.

Before joining Fondia I have been working 15+ years for a global software-tech corporation as an in-house counsel supporting both building solution and product businesses.  I was trained on the bench and have completed the Bar Exam of the Finnish Bar Association.
