Mikko Laitinen

I assist companies and the people behind them in many types of situations. I specialize in large and complex assignments, where I get to utilize to the benefit of Fondia's clients my experience in working on several different practice areas of law.

Before joining Fondia in 2023, I worked as a lawyer and as an Attorney-at-Law for more than a decade. My work desk is a perfect fit for corporate law, M&A and real estate transaction, damages claims and dispute resolution cases.

What attracted me to Fondia was the opportunity to work more closely with clients within the LDaaS assignments as well as Fondia’s constant drive for leveraging and developing technology to make life easier for both clients and lawyers.

I also have extensive experience in legal aspects related to companies’ general meetings and sports law as well as banking, which I explored for two years on secondment at an international financial institution.

I like to spend my free time with family & friends, doing different sports, painting or at the summer cottage.
