I joined the Fondia team in March 2025, bringing with me over 15 years of experience advising companies and institutions across industries such as consumer goods, food and beverage, health, and education on a full spectrum of intellectual property (IP) matters. My focus has always been on helping businesses build, protect, and leverage their brand assets in an increasingly complex and borderless digital environment.

The digitization of our world has profoundly expanded both the quantity and complexity of trademarks and branding. Geography – once a primary factor in assessing trademark rights – has become porous. What used to be called trademark “clearance” is now a nuanced “risk assessment”. The upside is that many rights holders today are more open to dialogue and creative business solutions. But navigating this evolving landscape requires experienced legal insight.

I advise clients on trademark strategy, portfolio management, licensing, due diligence, and enforcement – including trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, domain names, and trade secrets. I work closely with a trusted global network of IP professionals to ensure consistent, cross-border protection of brand assets.

Too often, I see visionary entrepreneurs dive headfirst into bold ideas without first confirming they truly own the rights behind them – only to face hard consequences later. My passion is to empower them with clear, strategic IP guidance so they can innovate fearlessly and turn their ideas into lasting value.
