Maria Sigurdardottir

I work as a Senior Legal Counsel and Team Leader for the Swedish Employment law team. Even though employment law is my specialty, I also have broad experience in business law in general as well as dispute resolution from my years as litigator at another law firm.

Whether it’s providing strategic advice on redundancies, complex employment situations, agreements, or workplace policies, I take pride in delivering clear, practical, and solution-oriented guidance tailored to employers' needs. It is a privilege to work long-term and proactively with recurring clients in my role as a lawyer.

In my spare time, I like to relax by cooking, strength training and spending time with friends and family.
