Lotta Tervo

I first joined Fondia in 2021 as a Legal Trainee and continued as a Legal Counsel in October 2023. I mainly work on employment law assignments and dispute resolution. I am particularly interested in issues related to termination of employment and being an responsible employer.

I like to spend my free time with my loved ones and my dog, as well as with various sports and art activities, but I can also often be found on the couch watching soap operas and movies.
