Lisa Bonnec

I have almost 30 years’ experience from in-house legal and management roles, primarily within the field of public transport, construction and maintenance, but also manufacturing of electrical products, energy management and software development.

My key legal expertise is to provide advice and support in business development, sales and procurement contract projects and to manage general corporate governance and compliance matters. I also have extensive Legal Operations competence from building and managing legal departments.

With broad and also international experience I am ready to parachute into any company to bring guidance, solve problems and deliver work products on operational day-to-day legal matters, or on more high-level and strategic legal tasks and duties. Key for me is to adapt to my client’s needs and bring support as a trustworthy and proactive legal business partner.

When I am not working, I like to spend time outdoors and do sports on water, snow and ice (with music in my ears and a good book under my arm)!
