Lee Raudsepp
I joined Fondia in November 2024 after working at Grant Thornton Baltic, EY, and the law firm Sorainen. I hold master's degrees from the University of Tartu in both Law (2018) and Journalism and Communication (2024). My main areas of expertise are employment law and company law. Additionally, I have worked in various other legal fields, such as the law of obligations, dispute prevention, and resolution.
I have participated in several large legal projects, from which I have gained valuable experience and knowledge. For example, I have participated in several legal due diligence audits and assessed the liability of management body members in several projects. In addition, I have also managed several different projects myself, which has given me the opportunity to develop my leadership skills and strategic thinking.
Currently, I am also a PhD student in Media and Communication at the University of Tartu, researching how big tech companies misuse legal instruments to secure their market positions. My experience in various fields helps me identify different problems and offer comprehensive solutions. I believe that each client should be approached personally, and a tailor-made solution is always more valuable.
In my free time, I enjoy reading and playing the piano.
