Katerina Jarmolovičienė

I joined Fondia after many years of work in the Lithuanian energy and communications sectors. I have worked for large companies providing transportation, construction, and postal services, all within highly regulated legal environments. My core competencies include contract and technology law, personal data protection, commercial law, contract negotiations, corporate law, public procurement, and consumer protection. I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Civil Law as well as an LL.M in LegalTech. Additionally, I am a certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E). I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, tailored guidance for each specific legal question, taking full ownership of the process from start to finish.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, often cycling or going on picnics. I also love visiting museums and art exhibitions, which is a particularly fulfilling activity for me.
