Kari Parkkinen

I work as a lawyer in Fondia’s Employment Law team. I advise clients on questions regarding employment law and assist in mediation and dispute resolution. I’m familiar with director agreements, co-operation procedures, termination of employment and labor law issues in M&A. I strive to find practical and cost-effective solutions.

I have worked in law offices since 1990 and prior to Fondia I was a specialist counsel for Eversheds Sutherland (former Juridia Bützow).

My free time is spent skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking in Lapland and the Alps. Sailing and the archipelago are also close to my heart. I also often carry a camera with me. I am a member of charity organisation Lions to act both internationally and locally. I would like to take on tour skating and Italian lessons.
