I am Corporate Paralegal in Fondia’s Corporate and M&A and Finance teams. I have a diverse experience in handling wide range of daily legal assignments together with our lawyers in a paralegal role.

I have comprehensive experience in corporate law matters e.g. in the Annual General Meetings in the preparation of documentation, meeting logistics, and matters related to corporate governance of a listed company e.g. company and insider administration, plus in general project management skills.
