I advise Fondia's clients on Estonian tax matters. I have worked in the tax field all my professional life – initially in the audit function of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, and before joining Fondia I worked for 6 years as a tax advisor at EY. My experience mainly involves advising on corporate income tax, structuring, acquisitions, and reorganizations. performing audit tax analysis and tax due diligences. In tax, I believe it is best to keep your finger on the pulse, map the risks and make informed decisions. When tax risks are mitigated, the company's management can make more successful business decisions after a calmer night’s sleep.

I spend my free time enjoying time with family and friends, listening to audiobooks during walks or riding my motorbike through the local seaside villages at sunset.
