Kaisa Borštšik

Kaisa joined Fondia in 2024 and assists companies with tax-related matters. Before joining Fondia, Kaisa worked at EY as a leading tax advisor and at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board in tax audit function. Her experience mainly covers corporate income tax advisory, pre-transaction and audit tax analyses, as well as consulting on structuring, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Kaisa is also a lecturer at the Financial College of the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, teaching tax law, corporate income tax, and international taxation.
