Kätlin Hinnov

I joined the Fondia team in October 2018 having previously worked almost 14 years as a lawyer for different law firms. I have been involved in a wide variety of legal fields incl. administrative law and procedure, public procurement, corporate law, contract law, planning and construction law etc. I have advised and represented clients in negotiations, litigation and enforcement procedures. I have also assisted companies in the creation, liquidation, day-to-day operations, management and contractual relations, advising on mergers and divisions and been a representative in bankruptcy proceedings. Since April 2020 I've also been a team leader of Fondia Estonia's legal advisors.

My free time is mainly spent with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling.
