Kätlin has taken on the role of an in-house lawyer for Fondia's client AS TREV-2 Grupp and thus has experience in managing all legal activities of the company, including case management, infrastructure construction, mineral resources, road maintenance, support for procurement units, as well as drafting and implementing procedures and guidelines and training relevant personnel. Kätlin has also participated in a procurement process carried out through an alliance procurement model, which is still relatively unknown in Estonia, where she worked with French colleagues to prepare both the negotiations and the bid on the bidder's side.
