Johanna Karvinen

I work as a Senior Legal Counsel with over 20 years of experience in law, specializing in employment law and dispute resolution. I advise customers on a broad range of employment law matters, including co-operation procedures, occupational safety, and employment termination issues, as well as drafting executive and employment agreements and workplace policies. I have extensive experience in dispute resolution and regularly represent customers in both civil and criminal proceedings. In addition, I hold several trusted positions in sports law, serving as a member of the Finnish Anti-Doping Hearing Panel and as Vice-Chair of the Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association of Finland.
