Johanna Hölli-Koskipirtti
I work at Fondia in two roles: as a Senior Legal Counsel in customer work, and additionally as the General Counsel of Fondia Plc.
I have broad experience in law, both as an in-house counsel and as an external advisor. Before Fondia, I worked as the head of legal in an international listed IT company.
My core areas of expertise are corporate law, governance and legal affairs of listed companies. I have served as secretary for the boards and other governing bodies of several listed and non-listed companies. I have been the secretary of the board of Fondia Plc since 2018. I also act as the chair and secretary of general meetings.
Furthermore, I have accumulated experience in a range of other legal affairs throughout my career, including the negotiation of large-scale contracts and participation in various mergers and acquisitions projects. I have completed the certified board member (HHJ) qualification.
