Johanna Hölli-Koskipirtti
I am an experienced inhouse counsel, and I work especially with corporate governance matters, securities markets legislation and other corporate legal matters. During my career I have acted as the secretary to the Boards of Directors and other management organs in several listed and privately owned companies. I also assist our customers with various other daily legal matters and participate in transactions and other corporate arrangements. I joined Fondia in 2012. Before that I worked at an international stock exchange listed company as Vice President, Legal Affairs and as Legal Counsel.
My spare time activities and daily exercise are mostly taken care of by our two little boys and our dog, Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka Papu.
