Johanna Ellonen

My work focuses on various employment law-related assignments. I have experience especially from M&A, restructurings, and day-to-day topics related to employment life-cycle. Prior to joining Fondia in March 2019, I have worked as an in-house counsel with HR and at another law firm.

In my free time, my family’s Cavalier King Charles Spaniel walks us along the seashores of Helsinki. Sports, especially dancing, bring good balance to my other interest of testing new restaurants.
