Johanna Dahlberg

I have extensive experience as an in-house lawyer (General Counsel/Legal Counsel) from both private and listed companies in international, Nordic, and local surroundings. My previous experience also includes working as an external legal adviser in a law firm.

The focus on my work at Fondia lies with corporate law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. However, as a former General Counsel, I am used to dealing with a wide range of business law matters. I have founded and built up a new legal affairs function from scratch, acted as the secretary to the Boards of Directors and other management organs, and provided legal support to the management and all business and support functions.
