Jenna Nurmio

I advise customers in the fields of finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and securities regulation. In addition, I also advise customers in relation to corporate governance and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Fondia in November 2017, I worked as a lawyer in the finance and capital markets practice of Dittmar & Indrenius Attorneys Ltd. and before that as a lawyer in the banking and finance practice of White & Case LLP. I have an LL.M. degree from UCLA School of Law.
