I work as a Senior Legal Counsel in Fondia’s ESG and Sustainability practice. I advise clients on demanding ESG and sustainability-related assignments including regulatory matters, risk management, due diligence and sustainability reporting. I also focus on compliance and corporate advisory.

In addition, I have extensive experience in advising on various international and domestic debt and equity finance arrangements as well as private equity and venture capital transactions.
