Jenna Nurmio

I assist clients with matters related to sustainability and ESG themes, such as sustainability reporting, sustainable finance, and ESG due diligence assignments. I specialize particularly in corporate governance issues. Additionally, I broadly assist customers with various compliance matters.

I have also worked on assignments related to finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and securities law. I possess in-depth expertise in areas such as bank financing, private equity, and various security arrangements, and I have served as a project manager in both international and domestic financing transactions.

Before joining Fondia in November 2017, I worked as a lawyer in the finance and capital markets group at Dittmar & Indrenius Attorneys Ltd. Prior to that, I worked as a lawyer in the finance group at White & Case LLP. I hold an LL.M. degree from UCLA School of Law.
