Ernesta Kavolėlienė

During my professional journey, I’ve been assisting international and domestic companies on various IP & IT law related matters, incl. implementation of IP Enforcement Programmes in Lithuania and other Baltic States. Since my legal practice was mainly concentrated on the IT industry, privacy and cybersecurity matters were an inseparable part of my daily routine. I have also worked as a regional IP Counsel in the area of fighting against counterfeit goods which gave me an opportunity to expand my IP knowledge in Polish and Finnish markets. As a member of the Fondia team and certified data protection officer, I am focusing on Privacy & Data Protection matters. However, IP & IT law is still a big passion and area of daily activities too.

During off-hours I love to spend my time with my closest ones.
