Ella Heinonen

I joined Fondia in August 2022, and I specialize mainly in company law and transactions. I graduated from University of Turku in 2017, after which I worked mainly in the fields of company law and transactions, of which the last few years prior Fondia with a particular focus on start-up companies. My core values as a lawyer are solution-orientation and practicality: I want to help clients implement solutions that are genuinely best suited to them and their practices.

In my spare time, I am most likely found outdoors: I enjoy jogging, cycling, climbing and hiking.
