At Fondia, I work specifically as a lawyer specialising in contract, M&A and finance matters. I have almost 20 years of experience in corporate law, covering corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, data protection and various business contracts. Prior to my time at Fondia, I worked for many years as a lawyer in companies in information technology and financial technology, among others, and for 10 years as an entrepreneur. I have also acted as a litigator in numerous civil and criminal cases.

I spend my free time with my family and practicing oriental self-defence arts. I can also often be found at the gym and the frisbee golf courses in Turku
