David Malmkvist

I help our clients in most parts of business law, with a focus on real estate law, labour law, contract law and dispute resolution in or out of court, but I also review and draft agreements.

Before I started my adventure at Fondia 2018, I worked as a corporate lawyer in the forest industry and as a process lawyer at another agency. Thanks to my experience as both a corporate lawyer and advisor, I have learned to work practically to simplify the law and focus on the business and the client’s needs.

My free time is often spent out in nature skiing, boating, fishing or hiking - preferably on the cliffs of Bohuslän or in the forests of Småland.
