Benjamin Kolyško

I joined Fondia in April 2021 and my main areas of focus are consulting customers on commercial, data protection and private international law questions as well as drafting and helping to implement different types of contracts and corporate documents. Disputes resolution makes an important part of my legal practice as well. Before Fondia I used to work in different law firms, where specialized in commercial litigation and also gained experience in the area of recognition and enforcement of judgments throughout the European Union.

In my free time, I like active sports such as volleyball, bicycle and skiing. Also, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
