Antti Kivipuro

I work with energy-related issues and clients. I have about 20 years of experience in energy law, both in government and business. Before joining Fondia, I worked as a lawyer for Fingrid, Caruna, Fortum and the Energy Authority.

I have extensive expertise in regulation, contracts and administrative processes in the energy sector, and in particular legal matters related to electricity networks. My other key areas of expertise include data protection, public procurement and compliance related matters. Regarding compliance, I have worked on the following matters: internal audit processes; management of the whistleblowing channel; guidance related to the REMIT Regulation and Competition law; and the tasks of the Compliance Officer according to the Electricity Market Legislation (unbundling).

My leisure activities include golf and I try to exercise regularly. I also like to relax with good music, a theatre show or a book.  Or just spending time with friends and family.
