Annukka Lankila

I started as an employment law lawyer at Fondia in December 2021. In the past, I’ve worked - among other things - as a negotiation manager at HUS, as a labor market director and a lawyer in a labor market organization and also as a HR director in the education sector. For a total of 15 years, I’ve been responsible for managing HR operations in four different organizations. A key part of my work as a negotiation manager, labor market director and HR director was negotiating, and local bargaining related to collective agreements and terms and conditions of employment.

I’m extremely interested in employment law and HR management related entities, whether it is the support needs related to collective agreements, recruitments, change negotiations, employment consultancy, transfer of business or termination of employment. I’m also happy to give trainings on similar themes.

In my free time, I do a wide range of sports. The most enjoyable sport during winters is traditional cross-country skiing. I also read and listen to a lot of audiobooks as well as travel at every opportunity. One of the highlights of the summer is spending time on the lakeside of Oulujärvi.
