Anna Kass

For close to 20 years, I have advised Finnish and international limited liability companies in company and employment law-related matters. Matters such as e.g. Board and shareholder-related questions and meetings, M&A situations, recruitments, layoffs and cooperation negotiations as well as general compliance. In addition, I am a certified HHJ Board Member, hold a MBSc degree and have given lectures on various legal topics.

Prior to joining Fondia, I worked within the Finnish law firm and consultancy sectors, as well as at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark for a few years.

I my spare time I run, either as a sport, or after my kids. In addition, travelling, nature and other outdoor activities remain close to my heart.
