Anna Kass
I am specialized within the fields of M&A, employment and company law. Topics that have been my prime focus for more than ten years.
I first joined Fondia’s team of experts in the summer of 2012 after having worked both as an Attorney at a couple of Finnish law firms and at PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy Private Company Services. In 2015, I relocated to Copenhagen, Denmark. There I worked full-time as a lecturer and Ph.D. Fellow at the University of Copenhagen Faculty of Law. However, in 2020 I returned to Finland, first to work at a small Finnish law firm and then to return to Fondia as of summer 2021.
Now as before at Fondia, I specialize in serving a broad range of corporate clients in connection with their M&A, employment and company law-related legal needs. To me, it is key to offer business-suited practical advice; a goal best achieved through listening and asking the right questions. My lecturing experience and additional MBSc degree have proven very useful in this respect.
Family, sports, and nature are dear to my heart. In my free time, I try to spend outdoors. I have a longstanding wish to at some point complete a wilderness or outdoor guide (vildsmarks- eller friluftsguide) education. Family in two countries also keeps my family active and my Danish language skills up to par.
