Aet Sallaste

I started at Fondia in January 2021 after 20 years of work in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Finance of Estonia and after 2,5 years of work in Grant Thornton Baltic as Legal Adviser. I have been involved in a wide variety of legal fields – administrative law and procedure, public procurement, financial law, state property law, corporate law and contract law. While working in the Ministry, I participated in the legislative process, represented the state in court, participated in the work of management boards of state-owned enterprises, but also gained experience as an issuer of gaming licenses and a gaming supervisor. When working in Grant Thornton Baltic I specialized more deeply in corporate law and transaction advisory.

I believe that my diverse experience in both, public and private sector, allows me to provide valuable legal advice to Fondia`s customers. In my spare time, I enjoy the feeling of snowboard under my feet or scenic views of the golf courses. I also enjoy traveling and spending my time at our country house in South Estonia.
