Fondia has helped us with issues relating to producer liability in the packing industry, the reorganisation of the business, and in particular contract law. Fondia has given us comprehensive advice within various legal fields inter alia competition law. In addition, there have been minor matters regarding change of name and logo.
Fondia’s service model for legal services is ideal when there is much to do and major organisational changes are implemented. You get assigned a contact who is like your own lawyer. Furthermore, Fondia’s team takes the initiative and maintains or reminds us of things - maybe because of that one also uses the legal services more often.
With this intensive cooperation Fondia has learnt to understand our specific needs, which facilitates the management. When you know the basic facts, everything works efficiently. We have two contact persons from Fondia and always get hold of one of them when we need them, even if the other contact sometimes might be out of the office. On some matters help is requested from other lawyers at Fondia.
It has worked really well and everything is straightforward. The threshold for calling and querying is low, thanks to both the people and the concept. And the service is swift - even in situations when we have had many questions.
I am happy with our arrangement with Fondia. And I’m not easy to satisfy. This model works.
